“Selfsame Sky, Seething Worlds” is a speculative fiction – depicting unknown flora and fauna and vestiges of dis-used architecture. The imagined worlds speak of tensions between the natural and built environments.
“Selfsame Sky, Seething Worlds” plays on the horizontal landscape scroll by elongating the form, using plastic instead of paper, and hand-engraving instead of ink.
The “invisible drawing” can only be viewed through direct action (visitors guides themselves through the landscape with their own light).
